All products are custom-printed as per customer requirements.

Design approval from the customer is mandatory before printing.

Minor variations in color/size (5–10%) may occur due to printing processes and will not be treated as defects.
2. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Payments are accepted through secure online payment gateways.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.

Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of The Best Print.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Refunds/returns are only applicable in cases of printing errors, wrong products, or damaged goods.

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5. Intellectual Property

All designs provided by customers remain their intellectual property.

The Best Print reserves the right to showcase printed products as samples (unless otherwise requested).
6. Liability

The Best Print will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
